Site Scapes delivered a refined courtyard renovation within an active Class A office campus in Buckhead, integrating precise grading, clean concrete banding, and a central lawn panel to create a functional and visually balanced outdoor space. The design incorporates curved seat walls, stabilized aggregate walking surfaces, and layered planting to soften the architectural edges of the surrounding towers. Work included detailed layout of radius geometry, installation of cast-in-place concrete edging, turf establishment, and coordinated planting of trees, ornamental grasses, and groundcover. Careful attention was given to drainage and elevation transitions to ensure positive water flow while maintaining seamless pedestrian circulation. The finished courtyard provides a quiet, usable green space that enhances tenant experience while complementing the modern urban setting.
